I could hardly keep this a secret, but as the campaign has launched already, I am so excited to share with you the campaign of one of the most luxurious hotels in Los Cabos, One & Only Palmilla, where I participated as a Makeup artist assistant to the renowned makeup artist Tiffany Oliver.
The photo shoot took four days, and we were on the set since 4.30 am until after sunset, but as you can see in the images - it was all worth it! The entire team was wonderful, the ambiance fantastic, the location magnificent, and the models tireless!
For the campaign, which in most cases was set at a beach or pool area, we created a high definition natural makeup. And in some occasions, we created a “No Makeup Look”, or “Nude Makeup”. We used the Inglot cosmetics, which has an excellent quality and incredible finishes; I loved the products so much, that I’ve included some of my favorite products to our Alma Vallejo team’s makeup kit as well. For male models, we only used the high definition mattifier.
Collaborating at One & Only Palmilla’s campaign photo shoot was a very pleasant experience. Not only was it pleasing to work at such a beautiful resort, but it was also even more satisfying and inspiring to work with such a talented and highly professional team, who came to Los Cabos from all over the world, to be able to create something as beautiful as the resulting campaign.
We wrapped up the hard working days of the photo shoot with a delicious dinner at the Agua by Larbi restaurant at the resort.
